The Rt. Rev. Eric Menees – Diocesan Bishop
Bishop Eric Menees was born in Compton, California on November 21, 1961 and is a tenth generation Los Angelino. Bishop Menees graduated from the General Theological Seminary with an M.Div and from Seabury Western Theological Seminary with a D.Min. Following his ordination Bishop Menees served Spanish language congregations in East Los Angeles and Santa Ana in the Diocese of Los Angeles. From there he was called to the Diocese of San Diego to be the chaplain at The Bishop’s School in La Jolla, California and later as vicar and then rector of Grace Church, San Marcos. In 2011 by God’s grace Bishop Menees was elected the fifth bishop of San Joaquin succeeding Bishop John David Schofield. Bishop Menees serves as bishop for Caminemos Juntos the ACNA Spanish Language ministry support network, leads the Border Bishops’ Conference seeking to evangelize and plant churches in Mexico, is the ACNA representative to the Anglican Province of South America and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Bishop Menees is married to Florence Guadalupe and has two grown children, Milagro a registered nurse, and Sebastian a firefighter.

The Rev. Brandon LeTourneau – ​Priest & Rector
Fr. LeTourneau is a regular contributor to the North American Anglican and a series editor for Nashotah House Press. He holds a Th.M. in Eastern Orthodox Theology from the Antiochian House of Studies and has just completed the course work for his Masters of Sacred Theology from Nashotah House Theological Seminary. He and his wife Marta were married at St. Mark's in 2021 before moving to serve in the Church of England. After Seminary, they and their son Augustine moved back to the Loomis area to serve St. Mark's and the wider community.

The Rev. Edward Wright – ​Associate Priest
Having been Baptized and Confirmed at St. Mark’s, Fr. Wright was ordained to the Priesthood at St. Mark’s in 2011, after having served the parish as a Deacon for the previous two years. Since his ordination, Fr. Wright has served at Anglican churches in both Northern and Southern California. He and his wife Lisa have been married for 29 years, and have four grown children, and two grandchildren. In his professional life, Fr. Ed works in business analytics management. Fr. Ed is also an expert in the literary works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

The Rev. Daniel Park – Deacon
​Deacon Park  joined us as our Deacon in the fall of 2018. Daniel was ordained Deacon in 2005 and has served as deacon in Wheaton, Illinois, and at St. Anselm’s in Elk Grove, California, beginning in 2015. Between those dates, Daniel served as Executive Director of Christ For Children International in central Mexico. He has been married to his wife Joy for 32 years, and they have three grown children. In his professional life, Daniel is a management consultant in the medical field and travels extensively.
If the Church of England were to fail, it would be found in my parish.

Jeremiah Jose – Lay Reader

Jeremiah is a former professional cook now IT analyst who started attending St. Mark's in 2020. He and his wife Lindsey were married at the church in 2023, and are currently serving as laity. Please keep Jeremiah and his family in your prayers as he continues to discern ordination to the permanent diaconate.

Bob Bell – Senior Warden & Lay Reader

Bob Bell has been attending St. Mark’s Anglican Church in Loomis since 2010.  In addition to serving as Lay Reader and Senior Warden, he is also a Licensed Lay Catechist.  Bob retired from the State of California in 2020 after a 40 year career in IT.

Ryan Vogt – Lay Reader

Ryan Vogt is passionate about CrossFit, reading, and wakeboarding. He enjoys the outdoors and working on his farm. He's been a devoted Christian since 2012 and has a background in missions. He feels beyond privileged to be serving at such an incredible parish as St Marks.​

Forward In Faith North America (FIFNA) is a fellowship of Bishops, Clergy, Laity, Parishes, and Religious Orders who embrace the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who uphold the Evangelical Faith and Catholic Order which is the inheritance of the Anglican Way, and who work, pray and give for the reform and renewal of the Church.

ACNA West

ACNA West is a collaboration between 7 Dioceses of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) for shared ministry in multiple initiatives. Instances of Clergy Misconduct can be reported to ACNA West here. The Board of Examining Chaplains responsible for administering exams for candidates for Holy orders from the ACNA West and Partner Dioceses can be accessed here.
