The Anglican Tradition:
Anglicanism has a vibrant history of worship and is known for its musical tradition, especially Choral Evensong and Anglican Chant. Whether or not you have heard of Anglicanism, you definitely have heard of Anglicans. Many of the English speaking world’s greatest composers were Anglican: Tallis, Merbecke, Byrd, and many many more. Time Commitment: Sunday  at 10:00 AM & Rehearsals
In addition to the Sunday service and the necessary rehearsal times, there are occasional weekday services once a month. Taking off Sundays and other services on occasion​ is of course negotiable. 

Compensation: DOE
Pay for this position depends on the experience and the commitment of the one hired. Being a Church, we are fairly flexible. The one who can commit more will obviously be compensated more. As it stands now, the negotiated base pay is likely to increase as St. Mark's is currently in a phase of growth and expansion.

Qualifications: A vocalist / chorister 
We are looking for someone who is administratively driven and able to assist the clergy in furnishing God's worship with music. We are looking for someone who can both sing and train others to sing as well as facilitate rehearsal times and communicate clearly with the clergy regarding the musical needs of the Church.
